Speed Bag for Soccer

This is too cool! I promised I would post some soccer agility drills but I couldn't pass this up.



Use of the Kwik Kik Speed Ball will develop and strengthen muscles in unusual places - muscles that are required for many Soccer (and other athletic) moves.
